Obviously the only alternative is to shit on him.

Calm down, Loretta. I was satirizing the Zone's touch-feely approach to departed players. I actually feel bad for Ware. All those years of service and he won nothing of consequence.

Partly his fault for not being a leader.

He didn't have to resign here. No one forced him. I think it's shitty that he wouldn't take a paycut after the time he missed the last two years.

0 sympathy here

And to think, just three years ago he was chasing the single season sack record. Oh how the mighty have fallen.

This is why I don't let myself get attached to players.

Except for I'm attached to Romo. I'll cry when that fucker gets released after next year.

But yeah, the only thing that stays the same is the laundry, so getting attached is kinda stupid. The players don't seem to give a shit about anything but money, so why should you/I/we?

GTFO here with that bullshit.

He shouldn't have taken the big contract? He should have taken a paycut? Excuses taking the blame away from our fuckwit of a GM.

He didn't miss a game until this past season.

Well he didn't miss any time in 2012, Jon. Why should he take less money? The hillbilly is the one who handed it him the contract.

I hope he goes to a contender and gets a ring.

Favorite moment is the Vick pick six, fumble return against Philly, and Brees sack.

This is why it's becoming so painfully obvious that I can't root for this team anymore. You're rooting for the jersey and padding Jerry Jones's wallet in the process. In the next few years Romo and Witten will be gone and all the guys who I had even a modicum of attachment to will be gone.

His first ever big play was that pick 6 against Seattle in pre season. That set the tone for a really good career. Shame it was wasted on this dysfunctional franchise.

I'm probably not going anywhere with this forum... I'll just root for the Seahawks to skullfuck the Dallas Jerry Joneses every year.

He played his ass off for the shittiest coach in the league, and I hope he signs on with a contender (Denver, Seattle, SF, NE) and helps them win it all.

Jerry Jones, the "football" guy:

Shit on Tom Landry
Jealous of Jimmy Johnson
Ran out Bill Parcells
Cut HOF'ers and Cowboy legends Emmitt Smith, Larry Allen, and DeMarcus Ware

Why does anyone still root for the ass clown?

Yup. Now that we're starting to lose the Sean Payton/Parcells era players, this team is headed right back to the 5-11 days. There's no reason to waste any emotion on this joke of a franchise anymore. Jerry goes out of his way to antagonize the fanbase and hold us hostage.

I actually have conversations with friends, my son, hell even in my head, about what it would mean converting to be a Seahawks fan. I would have slapped myself 20 years ago for even pretending to think that.

Yes, Ware should have taken a paycut. He's missed a lot of time over the last 2 seasons and we're pinned against the cap.

Thanks for helping us out. Now get lost.
