He chose to miss 52+ games of his 80 game career so he can smoke weed. And that was when he wasn’t allowed to smoke.....

And you think giving him free reign to smoke weed at will is going to allow him to make smarter decisions and become more responsible?

I don’t have a problem with him smoking weed. I have a problem with him choosing it over the team. Which he has done at every single turn. I have a problem with him making bad decisions, and being an idiot. I have a problem with him consciously choosing to smoke knowing full well that he will get suspended AGAIN (and this last time permanently) and not be available on game day for the majority of his career.

Giving Gregory permission to smoke weed at will isn’t going to make his decision making better, it’s going to make it worse!

He made his choice, and his choice wasn’t to play for the Cowboys!

That is my problem with Randy Gregory

By all accounts he shows up to meetings on time and as stated before he had 6 sacks in his last full season so he’s not neglecting his responsibilities. I’ve even heard most of the best writers say that he’s there at the facility working out. He’s actually one of the reasons the NFL changed that rule where suspended players are allowed in the facility to workout, they just can’t go to meetings and practice with the team.

2.) If the new CBA is ratified March 18, IT DOESN'T GO INTO EFFECT UNTIL THE 2021 SEASON. Yes that's right... IF your Boy files for reinstatement and IF it is granted in time for him to return in 2020, he will STILL be tested and he will STILL be under the rules of the current CBA!

If he decides to file for reinstatement and if approved, then he should be allowed to return IF we still want him.

Maybe he figured out the new rules don't take effect for another year, he might have decided to wait another year. Which if so would be the first sign of intelligence we've seen from him.

Meanwhile we are 3.7 million dollars in the red on him -- that's 530 thousand dollars per sack - for 7 sacks. The good news is, he'll be a FA after 2020!

Actually, he isn't better than that. I left once because I thought I had been banned (turned out there was just a glitch in the system) and then I tried to come back around a year ago and that was stopped because Dooms had a legit psychological breakdown at my presence and then I left again. I decided to come back yet again because ultimately everyone but Dooms is at least tolerable and the site layout is amongst the better forum layouts I've seen on the interwebz.
