The team tweeted he suffered a hip injury in the game and was pulled for that.

okay. makes more sense. Listening now to 670 the score in chicago and they are saying he was pulled for non health related issues. When I watched that QB play tonight (both teams) I am thankful for having Dak.

So we struggled to beat a team with a losing record that was playing a bunch of backups.

Detroit came into the game with the 3rd or 4th worst defense in the league (total yards), their run defense was near the bottom of the league yet our shitass OL couldnt open a hole to save their life, they also rank near the bottom of the league in scoring defense.

On the other side of the ball our defense got torched by Jeff Driskel and Bo Scarbrough. Not a single turnover forced and only a couple of sacks.

Another wonderful "fight scratch claw" victory for Red Turd over an also-ran team.

And we almost lost to Jeff Driskell? How in the world did he complete those throws in the 4th quarter? Seemed like the field got bigger. I am so disappointed in the defense.

So I read Anthony Brown is now out for the year with an injury from yesterday.

After the way he played earlier in the season and how well Jourdan Lewis had been playing in his place, why was Brown back out there stealing reps from Lewis again in the first place?

More epic fail by this NFL worst coaching staff.

Phillip Rivers looks older and slower every time I've seen them this year. He's a free agent after the season, and unless the Chargers go on an epic run the rest of the way I've gotta think they're looking at moving on.

Just threw his 4th pick tonight, right in the end zone.
But yeah, he's been gassed since halftime.

Game ends with Rivers' fourth interception, each one of them stupid throws.

He's never been very mobile, but this season he just looks old. He could probably play another season, but I'm reasonably sure it wouldn't be at a high level. If they wait too long he's going to end up like Eli, if it's not too late already.

doubleteamwinrate.png

Double team rate as an edge rusher (x) by pass rush win rate as an edge rusher (y). Robert Quinn, Myles Garrett, Jadeveon Clowney, DeMarcus Lawrence and Za'Darius Smith stand out for their ability to consistently win despite being double-teamed frequently. Pass rush win rate is the rate at which a defender beats his pass blocker within 2.5 seconds of the snap. It is an ESPN metric that uses NFL Next Gen Stats data.
