Democrats continue to go to sympathetic and fixed judges to stop Trump constitutional EOs. Judges are delivering some ridiculous rulings including banning appointees of Trump from accessing Treasury data, forcing the Trump admin to restore web pages on transgender reassignment surgery on government websites, rehire people he already fired, and restore payments made by executive branch agencies that he froze while DOGE determines where the waste and fraud it. Every one of these judges has violated the constitution by overstepping their authority and limiting article II of the constitution.
So the question is, where is Pam Bondi? Where is the Supreme Court? Bondi should issue am immediate statement claiming the DOJ position is Trump's EO are constitutional and in no way violate the law. Then she should state as clearly as possible, if Trump defies these orders, the DOJ will not act on any court orders to police the executive branch. Then she should announce the DOJ will file a writ of mandamus with the SCOTUS to order these biased courts, and any other Democrats courts, to stand down from violating the separation of powers. This endless lawfare has to stop.
Trump won the election and has the right as control the executive branch as he sees fit. Democrat judges are basically overturning the election by restraining Trump from acting as he promised during the campaign. The self-proclaimed protectors of Democracy are doing everything they can to end Democracy.
