The guy was massively overrated.

Just because you win a super bowl, doesnt make you a "great" HC.

We're much better off with some young coordinator who hasn't proven a damn thing as a head coach.

Because it has been shown that it doesn't translate to other teams as to what they did with the previous team.

Yeah, I'm not to fond of Dungy either. He wouldn't help, so thankfully he said he wasn't interested.
