It's not just that you (the modern Republican party) are entitled racist assholes, it's that you lack the ability to put that racism aside, be introspective for a minute and realize that you've made a HUGE mistake courting the racist, suburban white vote of people who don't believe in facts like evolution, gravity, or that black people's vote counts as any more than 3/5 of a person.

http://www.rawstory.com/rs/2012/11/...because-of-urban-turnout/#.UKJv82guhQo.reddit

Former Republican vice presidential nominee Paul Ryan says that his party lost the White House in 2012 because so many “urban” voters went to the polls, not because Americans rejected his Medicare and other budget policies.

“We were surprised with the outcome,” the Wisconsin Republican told WISC-TV’s Jessica Arp. “We knew this was going to be a close race. We thought we had a very good chance of winning it. I think that the surprise was some of the turnout, some of the turnout especially in urban areas, which definitely gave President Obama the big margin to win this race.”

Right. It was a turnout issue. And you were completely unprepared for that because over the past few months your myopic news network had spent countless hours fabricating poll data and convincing Republicans that all the polls that showed you were going to get your asses handed to you were flawed because they were using the wrong turnout models. Some Fox Newsians even admitted to deliberately misleading their viewers SOLELY SO THEY COULD GIVE A HOPEFUL BUMP TO ROMNEY. Why does anyone watch this bullshit?

“There’s always an Electoral College strategy to winning these things, and you know what states you need to win to get to 270 electoral votes. When we watched Virginia and Ohio coming in, those as tight as they were, and looking like we were going to lose them, that’s when it became clear we weren’t going to win.”

Ryan added that it was “disappointing” because “losing never feels good,” but insisted that the race had not been a referendum on his budget plan, which would have slashed the size of government and turned Medicare into a voucher program.

“I don’t think we lost it on those budget issues, especially on Medicare,” the former nominee explained. “We clearly didn’t lose it on those issues. I think what people want us to do is tackle the country’s problems, and what I got out of this is they don’t want only Republican ideas or only Democratic ideas, they want us to come together for common ground and to work this out.”

Right. It wasn't your policies, and the fact that those policies only appeal to an ever shrinking demographic of terrified racist-ass white suburbanites who don't understand that there are real people out there facing real challenges every day - challenges that don't include deciding whether or not to watch the Bachelor or the Voice. It was just that those fucking "urbans" decided to show up. Again. What do they think they are, people? No, their vote is not a referendum on the despicableness of Republican policy, because Republicans don't even think they should be able to vote.

Although exit polls showed that six in ten voters wanted tax rates to be raised, Ryan said he didn’t believe that was what Americans really voted for.

You spent your entire campaign spouting nonsense and ignoring the polls, why stop now!

I thought these fucks were racist as hell before the election. Listening to them pontificate after losing about how this isn't your father's "traditional America" just drives it home even further. They are the party of the 1950s, when women and minorities knew their place and didn't demand things like rights and basic human necessities. And they apparently lack the ability to take stock of themselves and try to go in a new direction - because of they did they would lose all the racist bigots they've spent the last two decades courting.

You'd think the republicans haven't won the White House in 2 out of the last 4 elections.

Keep looking back.

Have you heard about the ORCA program Romney's team was using? and how it failed miserably ?

One Republican said it was like Romney had Nintendo and Obaba's over there with a PS3. He also said Romeny's campaign was secretive and arrogant about the whole ORCA program.

You'd think it was a 60/40 election rather than a 49/51 election.

There's obviously a 0.01% chance of Texas pulling this off, but I'm gunna need someone to vouch for me if it does.

I'd be Texas bound like a MFer.

I still don't understand how they thought it was going to help them but yeah pretty hilarious.

That whole campaign was amateur hour with one bright spot when the president decided to take a nap during a debate. It's a party of idiots.

We're gonna have a strong immigration policy. No Asians from wherever the hell you're from. I'm also a little worried about any illegal border crossings from Oklahoma since I live near the Red River. Don't want them damn Okies ruining our country.

He and a certain member of the DCC seem to feel the need to say the most ridiculous shit to prove to people that they're not racists.

It's usually those people who have the most to hide.

You're thinking of gay bashing Republicans who get caught getting their willy sucked by gay interns. But I can see where you might have gotten confused.
