Whatchu got?

  • Terrence Williams looks like a reliable #2 to Dez
  • Jerry is a year older
  • I think Rod Marinelli will be a huge upgrade at DC

Got anything else?

Aging players usually are stronger after back injuries?

Barry Church's drop in speed isn't going to be all that significant? Same deal for Witten.

Tyrone Crawford and Matt Johnson come off the IR and will be superstars per Jerry ?

In all seriousness I think Stephen would step back a pubic hair when he gets the keys

I wanted to believe that too, but his whole family is all about marketing. And Stephen is like his dad in that he loves microphones. He's all about giving interviews nowadays.

I never realized how attention whored that entire family was until the new stadium came along.

Right but doesn't he have unearned money to spend as he ages? I could see him hiring a big name to be the president of operations and Stephen and his huge head could just chill. He doesn't have the "fuck me? Well fuck you! " attitude his dad has b/c no one really even knows him

Glass half-full:

+Last year of Jason.

+Great #4 WR found in T.Williams. #2 WR have to be more than tall, in a small handed sort of way.

+Escobar's leap in the Eagle game. If the scheme starts adjusting to the needs of the game, the talent/mismatches of the players, and the weaknesses of the defense as the game progresses, Escobar might just be a 50 rec., 10+TD kind of player. WWSeanPaytonD.

+Marinelli, Eberflus, Pollack, and Dooley. Keepers.

+Harris, Beasley, and Dunbar. All three, if healthy, add quickness and twitchiness.

We have to have a good draft, but Marinelli should improve the defense as long as he is given at least a few new pieces to work with.

I think the OL is finally cause for optimism.

T Williams and Escobar should both help on offense.

Too many ifs right now for me to expect anything more than a record setting 4th straight 8-8- season though

I think you may be eating the cheese we have been fed regarding Eberflus these past couple of years. Carters regression and Lee's slow start speak another story to me. Wilber was under Lett and Marinelli all year before being switched to SLB in a pinch although he did play well.

I am not sold on Eberflus.

Anyone who thinks the scheme is Carter's problem needs to rewatch the games. I've never seen a player give less effort before in my life and if Jimmy was the coach he wouldn't have a job here.

Williams maybe. Garrett doesn't have a frickin' clue how to do anything creative with a second TE.

I think Linehan went down this failed two TE approach a few years back as well.
