For starters, 75% of what he was screaming was unintelligible. Second, it's obvious that his idea of winning is him getting the ball. Jerry contends he's always double covered, but Dez says they're playing man. Which is it?
Every great receiver knows that getting them the ball is the best way to win when the offense is struggling.

This is basically the same thing as that Michael clip where he said "throw the slants, any coverage, I'll go get it." The best players know that they need the ball to win. You think Calvin would prefer to see the ball go to Nate Burleson in the 4th quarter?

Witten: "There's still 12 secunds on thuh clock!!! See, looook! Dur!!!!"

Witten was right.

I mean, we needed Bryant bad for that patented stupid fucking throw the ball around like it is Cal vs. Stanford and the band is on the field play.

Seriously, why did we do that? We could've tried one long pass then a quick timeout and FG. Instead we just gave up. They played it like there were two seconds on the clock instead of 12.

I know, it does seem like the last few years we've gone to that desperation play when we've had time to at least try something else.

I kept thinking about that miracle sequence in Parcells' first year against the Giants when Quincy hit that long sideline pass to whoever it was and then we hit the long FG. I think this time we had longer to go, but we also had more time plus a timeout.

Because Garrett is full of FAIL.

That's not the first time we've done that. We've been doing that stupid shit for years.
Before they kicked the extra point, the cameras showed Garrett standing with Romo, and Garrett was feverishly drawing up a play on a white board. And that's what he came up with.

He had a press conference or interview a couple months back where he said he's got a million ideas running around in his head on offense. Apparently his best ones involve Joseph Randle kicking the ball around on the ground and pitching it to Doug Free.
