I wish he would stay out of it. Keep any politics or at least perceived politics out of it and let the case stand on its own merits purely based on Constitutionality.

I agree

Any involvement he has will likely negatively effect this case as opposed to actually helping in any way.

The more people I hear talk about this case the less I believe anything will actually happen with it and the less I believe SCITUS will act.

The deadline of 3pm tomorrow is for the states to respond to each count

Then SCOTUS will take the states replies and make a determination if they will then hear this case

So this could easily be another case that goes nowhere

SCOTUS lacks the courage to take this on and rule in favor of Texas. I absolutely believe there is a constitutional issue. But they'd rather rule on men using woman's bathrooms as opposed to something that affects the country and election integrity. Hell, the states lack the courage to step up and stand up to the state supreme courts and the politics of the whole thing. Their authority was usurped, fraud ensued, and they just sat their and took it in the ass.

Even Bush Gore that also had the presidency hanging in the balance was more "amicable." The Dems are moving forward with the steal and social media had been giving them shade. This whole thing is so ugly we look like a banana republic.

Even money that the Evil Empire pulls this down, because it doesn't follow the "official" narrative.

It was a live interview on Newsmax

It’s not just some fringe YouTube video. Even if YouTube removed it it will still live on

So it’s not going anywhere

The fact that the SCOTUS has asked for a response from the plaintiff states is a great sign they will agree to hear this. If they do not take up something like this based purely on a Constitutionality aspect where they have full jurisdiction (state v. state) then there is no point in even having a SCOTUS. If they agree to hear it I believe they will rule in favor of Texas and the other states that are joining the suit. This should be a slam dunk case. Thank the good Lord ACB was seated prior to the election.

All left wing sources are completely dismissing this which is expected. They are playing their normal narrative game where they absolutely refuse to let the sheep caught up in their massive echo chamber hear anything contrary to the narrative (in other words the truth).

We need 4 of the 9 Justices to agree to hear the case

Let’s hope that at least 4 of them still have integrity and agree

Otherwise all hope is lost, and not just for the outcome of this election

I’m curious to see how mass media covers this Texas case

It’s easy for them to say Trump is crazy, there’s no proof of fraud, he’s a sore loser.

But to come out and call the state of Texas and 9 other states that support the case (it might be more states by now) crazy as a whole other matter entirely.

CNN can’t just waive their hand and say pffffft, there goes crazy sore loser Trump again when it’s the state of Texas filing the lawsuit

That is also why Trump needs to keep his nose out of this case

And by the way

If y’all in Texas think that the massive influx of ppl from other states in recent years to your state has been bad, just imagine how much worse it will get if Texas actually wins this thing.

You will have a shitload of ppl from all over the country wanting to move to Texas because it saved the future of this country and to be part of a state that they can actually be proud of

You will have a ton of ppl wanting to get themselves some of that freedom!

Don't worry the will claim the states are way off base with the claim and will say the court is being "activist" if they rule in favor of the suit. Trump does need to keep his damn nose out of this.

They recently ruled 5 to 4 to allow people in NY to attend church. There are actually 4 people on the SCOTUS who don't realize we have a constitutional freedom to practice religion. Nothing is a given. I'm convinced they're cowards......but, by all means, please feel free to use the ladies room if that's how you're identifying on that given day.

Texas is wildly hated by the elitist left. They'll just say this is a typically racist move by a racist state. Deplorables all.

They would have to include the other nine states that support Texas as well
