LOVE THIS!

so tired of race baiters not getting confronted while they divide the country and foment rage over something that’s virtually dead in terms of people, laws or institutions being racist and inflicting that mentality in harmful ways on people

there will always be dumbass racists (of all colors), as long as they’re toothless, let them stew on their misery in the dark recesses of the planet

Yesterday that rat piece of shit Wray resigned. Today we find out why it was yesterday.

FBI caught lying out of their asses about J6, and no fewer than 26 FBI assets were in the crowd on J6, after Pelosi, Schiff Wray himself, Cheney and others sold a massive lie to the American people that this was entirely done by Trump people and no FBI, DOJ or other government agents were involved.

All of us KNEW this was a sham, and it's being proven beyond a shadow of a doubt.

Biden is going to pardon every single person that had something to do with the two biggest shams in our country's history, this J6 garbage (because of the 2020 election) and COVID. It's fucking beyond criminal what these people are ultimately getting away with.

Honestly every single one of them should be fucking executed as traitors. No pardon should save them from this.

I'm not sure having dozens of FBI agents in the crowd that day is a Brady violation. The violation was when the prosecution didn't provide all video surveillance to the defense, especially showing that some of the doors were open on the inside by the Capital Police. Another Brady violation would be if some of the agents incited the violence or invited protestors in the Capital and that wasn't disclosed.

Having said that, any Brady violation would almost mean a certain dismissal of the charges. But the governement lawyers knew they had a favorable judge and jury in the DC area. The J6 prosecutions were a warning to patriots to not buck the system and challenge an election or the government would come for you. The J6 prosecutions are a stain on the country and I hope history remembers it that way. The fact that the left and Dem (and some Republican) politicians labeled J6 an insurrection was absurd and deflamatory to any defense of a case in the DC area. I've never seen an "insurrection" without any weapons or a shot fired by the ones allegedely attempting to overthrow the government. These leftists are radical loons.

Rep. Susan Wild (D-Pa.), the top Democrat on the House Ethics Committee, was absent from the panel’s meeting last week after being traced as the source of leaks to the press regarding the investigation into former Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-Fla.), sources told The Hill.

It remains unclear if Wild voluntarily skipped the Thursday gathering or was asked not to attend, what information she leaked and to whom, and how the panel tracked her back as being the leaker. Two sources said Wild ultimately acknowledged to the panel that she had leaked information.

Rep. Veronica Escobar (D-Texas) served as acting ranking member during Thursday’s meeting, according to a source, who noted that any time a member of the panel is absent, there is an acting ranking member in their place.

It also remains unclear if the Pennsylvania Democrat, who is leaving Congress at the end of the year, will be present at Ethics Committee meetings in the future. Rep. Michael Guest (R-Miss.), the chair of the panel, told reporters that Thursday’s meeting was not the last for the group.

In a statement to The Hill, Wild’s chief of staff, Jed Ober, said the congresswoman skipped last week’s meeting because she was “frustrated” with how the Gaetz report had been handled, and said characterizing her absence as anything more was “inaccurate.”

“Rep. Wild was frustrated by the manner in which the report was handled and didn’t feel it was fruitful to participate in any further meetings on its ‘potential’ release. Characterizing it as anything more is inaccurate. There will be no further statement,” Ober said.

There should be consequences, but there won't be. There never is, unless it is a Republican like Scooter Libby.

Jack Posobiec blocked me on X for some reason. I think it was because I criticized him as a journalist for posting meme implying something but was clearly false.

In any, case I agree with him here. This is yet another reason why Trump needs to pardon all of them.

I have an alternate take on this. First, I think Wray is as dumb as AOC. It's not that he wasn't involved in all the partisanship in the FBI, but I don't think he is the main problem. The problem is the lext two levels of management below him. It all needs to be cleaned out and replaced with dedicated serious law enforcement people.

I read that it would it be a Brady violation not to disclose to the defense there were 26 agents in the crowd that day, are you saying that wouldnt be a violation either?

gutless on his part, you come across as a very reasonable person, he might just learn something in the process

Correct. But I'm no lawyer. Now if any of the 26 agents observed something that was exculpatory and it wasn't disclosed to the defense, then that would be a violation. If those agents authored a report, then that would most probably be Brady, as well as any reports from that day authored by a law enforcement officer, especially if there was any exculpatory information that would aid the defense.

If Ray Epps, for example, was acting on behalf of the government (ie: informant) and urged people to enter the Capital and commit a crime, then that would have to be disclosed. I feel confident Ray Epps was on someone's payroll and he's the one big question mark.

But the basic fact that 26 feds were in the crowd and not disclosing that is just not a Brady violation, at least to me.

If the agents texted something that would benefit the defense, those texts would have to be provided to the defense team. For example, if an agent texted another agent and said something to the effect that the Capital Police were being too aggressive or inciting the crowd, then that would have to be disclosed.

During the Russia Gate investigation when the attorneys scrubbed their phones by inputting 10 wrong passwords which made the phone lock and the data irretrievable, that was absolutely wrong. In any "normal" case, the destruction of any evidence would result in the charges being tossed. But the government just acted with impunity.

It says alot about Jack Poso which is why his Brady violation claim is stupid. It hurts his credibility. Now if a legal scholar like Jonathan Turley or Alan Dershowitz made that argument with facts, then I might buy it. But there's a reason you don't hear them making that claim, at least not from what I've heard.
