Yes, of course. Anyone in an angry mob like that could feel threatened. The driver could have felt trapped in his car unable to escape if the mob turned violent. If you are stupid enough to get in front of a car thinking somehow you can stop it with its 200 HP engine, then you are too stupid to survive.
The police should not be allowing these morons to stop traffic. It is their right to protest, it is not their right to impede the rights of others who have a right to free passage through our country.

He is not stupid. He thinks we are stupid. We do not need 25 million illegal aliens to pick out vegetables. And if they are all picking our vegetables then why do we need to give them benefits?
I have no problem allowing a few thousand people into this country to pick crops seasonally. Then they can return to Mexico, or wherever they came from when they are done. But the millions of others should not be allowed to enter the country. We already have a migrant worker program.
The open borders are going to eventually destroy our country from within. These people are not coming here for the right reasons. And they are not coming the right way.
