It truly is! Lost in translation is the true meaning of that. "Peace" in Arabic translates generally to, " the absence of the enemy." Or, "all enemies." Meaning, the enemies have been vanquished. It means there's no more infidels to kill.

I noticed since we are having the coldest winter in years no one is saying much about global warming anymore. All those claims about each month being the warmest on record has stopped. Honestly, I prefer the warm weather even if it mean the quacks are out in force.

I really think these for the most part simply deluded themselves in their "defense of the downtrodden." It started with the post-911 narrative of "these aren't true Muslims." Even Dubya bought into that one.
But yeah for us, peace means we co-exist and get along. For them, it means finally there's no others
