its insane, I'm afraid I'm going to lose my girlfriend over this shit, she's got full blown TDS and applies it to any one associated with Trump, wont even listen to what anyone has to say if affiliated with Trump

She's going bonkers of Elon..I ask her what the biggest concern is and she sys they can see private data or some shit, I cant understand why thats got her so worked up. She's one of the sweetest women on the planet but a light switches on when it comes to Trump and there's no getting through to her, there are millions of women across the US who have the same reaction

She agrees the gov needs to be shrunk but cant understand it will never happen with existing bureaucrats or Dems or some "nice" guy worried about peoples feelings, I thought this tweet summed up where all the rage and anxiety is coming from

i have a friend of a friend who just left his girlfriend because she was a bleeding heart liberal and wouldnt shut the fuck up about stuff

one day he couldnt take it anymore and kicked her to the curb

but dont feel sorry for him, he still goes to the casino and travels to florida w/ his 71 year old maid that blows him whenever he wants

I know but we've been together 16 years and this is the only real issue we've really ever had. She's an outstanding woman and person in every other way and this will probably pass once Trumps gone because she never raged prior, except saying she didnt like Hillary. We both voted for Gary Johnson and only found out later when we happened to discuss that election. The media, et al has really done a job pulling the wool over peoples eyes

As you probably noticed, I never paid any attention to politics and Trump when he first ran so when I heard all the hoopla here from people saying he was a racist and elsewhere as well as the variety of the derogatory claims, I was too busy and uninterested to check them out but after my girlfriend mentioned a few issues multiple times and made the mistake of sending me an article, thats when the light went off

and realized the article didn't even match the headline and this happened again and again and again, not to mention the endless twisting of Trumps words by the media all got me to the point of thinking WTH is going on here?

Once I was sucked in & started paying attention, I got more informed to the point when she would mention something, I'd say casually, "you know thats not true, right?" and despite giving me lip service of agreement, she'd be back in no time with a new complaint all while saying I don't follow politics after being boxed into a corner by her illogical conclusions or easily disprovable assertions she parroted.

She's dealing with a lot of stress with her sick mother and I've started to wonder if some people get lost in their Trump hate as a place to redirect their negative emotions. I have another friend that does the same thing and its bewildering but he's been going through a divorce and it feels like a way he can express his anger at his ex without having to deal with the reality of what happened and/or why

But what the hell do I know, I'm just a crazy MAGGAT
