There is enough here to see what is going on. ACT BLUE is taking money from large donors and breaking it up into smaller donations using the names and addresses of small donors. This is illegal because it is skirting campaign finance laws. It is fraud, and money laundering. The FEC has enough probably cause just from this video alone, to open an investigation into ACT Blue. People can go to jail if they are involved in this. The money would have to be returned and fines would be imposed on the Harris campaign.

I suspect that big Democrat donors threatened the Democrat party to force them to remove Biden. In return, the donors agreed to pour money into Harris's campaign through ACT BLUE.

Isn't it funny how the people who complained about the Citizens United decision, and the money in politics, are the ones controlled by big donors and oligarchs?
