I don't get why the police allow this? People have a right to protest, but they do not have a right to where they protest. This has been adjudicated in the courts long ago. Even in NYC when protesters attempted to block the West Side Highway, Mayor Bloomberg had them forcibly removed because of the problems blocking the WSH would cause. The courts ruled that the protesters had a right to protest but the city had the authority to tell them where they can protest legally. Authorities can absolutely move quickly to remove these cretins from majors roadways.

How many people are deprived of their civil rights when protesters block their freedom to move from one place to another? Violating the constitutional rights of others is a crime and it should be enforced.
