He's almost assuredly the guy who did it, but they still need to answer some very basic and obvious questions that so far, have not been answered.

1) Who was this guy on that burner phone with minutes before the shooting
2) How did he know Thompson would be exiting the building at that exit at that particular time (assuming this is connected to above)

He definitely had help. Who helped him and why?

Again, good questions but I'm not so sure this loon had help. But they should dump his phone and interview anyone he had contact with.

I do find it odd that his manifesto has been released while the trans school shooter's manifesto had to be leaked. In addition, we still don't have a motive for the Vegas shooting and know absolutely nothing (of any substance) about the shooter himself.

My guess is that the NY mayor is playing ball with Trump and conservatives to get a pardon on his pending corruption charges.
