Is it better to have loved and lost? Or to never have loved at all?

The Niners have been back to the SB a number of times and lost every time

Whereas we have never made it back since the last time we were there in 95

That’s tough for me as losing a championship game is bad enough but the Super Bowl is even worse so I’d lean toward not going vs losing but I think Im in a very small minority of cowboy fans who feel this way, at least I used to when the pain of losing cut so damn deep, I’ve become so numb under jeri and spawn it probably wouldn’t bother me much
