The fuck wanted to kick a FG on that 4th and 1, it took Dez saying "no coach, let's WIN this one" to get the actual result. The fake punt? ONLY that it was as near of a sure thing as you can have based on their tendencies, would Garrett ever call something like that. Because as he has said many times, he is "risk averse."

But according to you, it's the head coach who wins the games and the players are just sort of there.

I'd only root for failure if it meant Garrett losing his job, but he's obviously coming back next year, so I root the team on, hoping for the best. But Roger is still wrong: this is not a SB quality defense and will ultimately be our undoing.

I dont really mind Rynie saying what he did. If this year was Garrett's first year, and the only thing we had to go on he wouldnt be criticized. But we have a long history and that history doesnt match with what we are seeing this year.

Ive never understood the Landry comparison. Garrett isnt half the man Landry was and he isnt even a tenth of the coach he was.

Yes, I do. I even believe in the possibility of two blind squirrels finding a nut, I just think the odds of the latter are incredibly long (even though you'd think more blind squirrels would be advantageous and they probably are in the scenario described, but not when applied to an NFL team)

Would love to explore your standards in this area, and can't wait for you to explain away our sheer dumb luck drafting this o-line, and even more dumb blind luck getting Dak who we tried real hard not to, and how he's worked out.

Sorry amigo, I dont care enough to defend my statements and start and endless merry go round on the subject. I stated my reasons for supporting Garrett years ago but I apparently dont know how to bring up those old posts and I'm too lazy to try and rehash everything that will surely fall on deaf ears and/or be completely incorrect.

However, since its your site, I'm sure you can find my old posts about Garrett, quote them back to me and have a field day showing me what a dipshit I am.
