I was just listening to that Doug gotlieb guy on CBS radio.

He was talking about how great marc trestman was with the 49ers and cardinals, talked about how good Plummer was under him and how qb excel in his system.

Interesting. Not that I care about his opinion, but is it funny how new things are perceived and how existing things are perceived?

I bet Gottlieb is the only one in America who thinks that might be a good hire.

Geez, Bears fans have it way worse than we do. I feel sorry for 'em.

I always thought Grantham would be a great hire at UGA, but at some point he has to be questioned about why a defense absolutely loaded with NFL talent played as poorly as his did at times the past two years, especially against the better teams. Almost every kid on this starting defense, and a number of the backups is going to play on Sundays.

Bryan broaddus said this morning that the offensive coordinator job is down to three people and they have not decided yet.

Said Callahan is one name and he hasn't been able to get anyone to give him the other names yet.

It's down to three though.

He said they wanted this settled before the senior bowl and it will be a minor distraction having it not finished.

I really hope malarkey, whisenhut, sporano, Carmichael are on this list.

And not tollner.
