Garrett should have been gone after 2013. I don't know why he is still here, especially after this team has checked out. Unless something drastically changes the Cowboys are going to be 6-10. I don't see anything changing if Garrett remains.
I don't know if the Bennett screaming speech will have any impact, but anyone watching the last three games can see that the Cowboys are just going through the motions. No intensity.

i am eagerly awaiting the closing of this thread.

i want dallas to hire a college coach. i dont want them to hire a former nfl head coach. the cowboys have been one of the younger teams in the nfl for a few years now, and thats looks to be a continuing trend with the lack of free agency spending and ability to identify good players in the draft (questionable lately but overall good track record).

sure, a string of bad loses can send a coach like that into a tailspin, but that potential is there with anybody if youre coaching in jerryworld

Tom Landry’s Thanksgiving Day record is 11-4-1

Landry coaches on Turkey day 15 times and Garrett 10 times

In that time period Landry won nearly 3 times as many games and lost 2 less games having coached 5 more Turkey day games than Garrett

Garrett doesn’t even have a winning record on Thanksgiving.

Hell, he barely has a winning record overall. Actually he ONLY has a winning record since Dak got here. Before that he was still hovering around .500 for his entire coaching career
