Game is off the board until there's more information on Romo's injury, but assuming he's a go, it'll appearantly open at Dallas -6.5

At first glance, that's not a line I'd touch with a ten foot poll.

Post anything news related to the Redskins in this thread....

Romo plays, he is probably gonna be throwing to nobodys. Austin, hammy, Dez, wuss and quad, if they don't play. Dallas is in serious trouble.

The only hope is if Dallas's Defense can bring a complete game to the table. And play very, very well.

Truth is, we really don't know what kind of team the Redskins are. They're undefeated right now. They beat a Giants' team that was missing 4-6 starters---including their two best pass rushers in Osi and Tuck, and even though they won by two scores, I think anybody that saw that game knows that it was closer than what the score indicated, the Redskins keep getting some lucky bounces. The Cardinals' game last night, reminded me of the Cowboys-Jets game in that the Cardinals more than lost that game than the Redskins won it. I feel that our team is better than both the Giants and Cardinals.

What we know though is that the Redskins when facing an injured team, are able and will take advantage. You keep the game close for them, and they can win. But like I siad, I'm not sure what kind of team they are just yet.

I can see alot of two-TE sets.

Fred Davis has been killing people. As has their run game.

That said, we've faced two good TE's (Vernon Davis & Dustin Keller) and two solid run games (Gore & Tomlinson/Greene) and held our own.

Dez should be back, I'd imagine. Hopefully Newman makes an appearance.

Plus, everyone in our secondary has a few games under their belts, save for newly signed Frank Walker. But he got on the field yesterday and got some action.

We should win... but I think it'll be an ulcer inducing game.

I can see alot of two-TE sets.

That's how the game started with Witten and Bennett. Then they added Phillips to the mix.

The way Holley came on late in the game he could be a contributing factor as well.

You have got to be kidding me. The Redskins dominated the game and left a ton of points on the field, which is the only reason it the game was even close.

Redskins CB Josh Wilson back injury “doesn’t look too bad”

9/19/2011 10:35:49 AM | More

Barry Svrluga of the Washington Post reports Redskins cornerback Josh Wilson suffered a back injury on Arizona’s first possession of the third quarter and did not return to Washington’s 22-21 victory on Sunday.

Wilson was trying to tackle Arizona running back Beanie Wells, leading with his head, when he twisted away from the play and fell to the ground face first. He lay with his face in the ground for several minutes as the training staff tended to him, and a cart appeared on the field to take him away. But Wilson got up and walked off the field – and eventually to the locker room – under his own power.

“It doesn’t look too bad right now,” Coach Mike Shanahan said after the game.

I just went over to Extremeskins for the first time in forever.

I had forgotten how obnoxious Art is. He has a Touch of Artility style post that declares the Redskins as 4-0 going into their bye.

lol You're gullible.

But here's a fun fact.... Did you know the word gullible isn't in the dictionary?

I dont know how long you've known of that guy, but it really wouldnt of surprised me.

Season after season he rationalizes how every player on the Redskins is better than every other teams player at the same position.

Oh, I've known of the legend known as Art for many years. He and boozeman used to have epic battles at the beginning of the year, comparing the two lineups. Reading those, I honestly don't know how the Redskins didn't win about a dozen or so straight superbowls. Weird.

I'm a little sad that this rivalry has toned down over the years.

If we could get Charles Haley(filling in for the late Harvey Martin)to hang a wreath around Snyder's neck, and have Randy White dick punch Ratface Shanahan and Rex Grossman, that ought to get things going again.
