Whoever wastes their time inventing these fucking things that infect and take over personal computers should have their dicks chopped off

If you downloaded the tool, using that computer, it is corrupted.

Get it using another machine, burn it onto a disk and run it from the disk and do the full scan, not the short scan.

It didn't give me an option to run a full or short scan that I remember seeing, but I did download the tool from another computer onto a disk and then ran the disk.

You will most likely have to boot from the disk if you made it bootable.

The virus may have corrupted it. Most likely you will have to reinstall it.

Now that you're clean you should be able to go to the windows site and repair the driver.

That driver is a default win7 driver, you want to get it from windows.

In fact when you do a windows update it should find and repair any corrupt or missing drivers.
