Wait, wait, wait.. is there some sort of Vaughn-Peyton Manning comparison going on in this thread? Holy crap...

I must have missed it. I was too busy watching Anthony Hitchens play like Dick Butkis.

Hey hey hey...that's MY enthusiasm you are barbing!

Thats because Jason really believes that if you just stay the course and say all the right things and try really hard that it will all inevitably work out.

Its the new underpants gnome plan.

Step 1 - collect underpants
step 2
Step 3 - Profit

Yeah.
I agree that's silly hyperbole. Every coach such as Payton who would snap Vaughan up off waivers already knows why.

Dallas better not cut him if they really want to keep him.

They better keep him. He is the only QB on the roster that has enough arm strength to throw deep.

Broaddus was saying if he was in the front office he'd lobby the team to not play Vauhgn anymore because if we cut him, he'll get snagged up quick.

Vaughn is better than that piece of shit McGee, and they managed to find room for him for what, 3 years?

If he practices like he played last night, there's no way they can be serious about Hanie as the 3rd QB. You keep the guy with upside.

Yeah that's really dumb. He is going to be snapped up quick regardless, if we leave him exposed on the waiver wire. i know for sure at least one coach who is watching closely.

Vaughan certainly looked better than Caleb.Kid sure has the advertised arm.
Weeden surprised me,frankly.Played fairly well, not perfect by any stretch, not horrible either.
Did the defensive starters sit because of injury fears or because they would have sucked just as much?

Great job fucking up the game even more Goodell

Was reading that last night alone there were 34 defensive holding/illegal contact calls. In 6 games.

Fucking pathetic. I swear I hate this mother fucker.

What is the bonehead trying to say?

If he wants to say keep him on the 53 because he has some developmental traits as a 3rd QB, ok

But if he is intimating that by not playing him anymore in the preseason and then cutting him at final cut downs would cause every other team to ignore him he's a fucking idiot. Does he honestly think we "discovered" the guy hiding under a rock and that no other teams scouts had ever heard of him or seen him?

A couple were held out as precautions, but the vast majority of the projected starters (and some key reserves) DNP due to injuries. Carr wasn't here because of the death of his mother but I read he is coming to camp this weekend.

Carr, Scandrick and Claiborne all sat at CB. Church sat at S. Rolando McClain DNP at MLB. On the DL Selvie, Melton & Terrell McClain DNP

I don't think many could argue that most of these guys are probably a significant upgrade over the guys who played most of the reps last night, but one of the reasons this team cant get better is because they cant stay health enough to practice, on top of a lousy HC who apparently sux at instilling the fundamentals into anyone.

I honestly hope he wrecks one of the other important Rams player knee or something
His debut included getting pancaked by another of my fellow WT alumni on a TD run, vicious stiffarm by RB Khiry Robinson. #29 on the Saints program, in his second year.

Welcome to the NFL.

Another former West Texas Buffalo is starting for the rams, DE Eugene Sims.

There were three West Texas Buffaloes in the Cowboys game last night by the way.
