Yeah, they were talking about this on Sirius radio, if they can strike a deal in the next few weeks there will be a full training camp and preseason.

I think a full training camp and preseason is big for just about everyone, but especially our team. Garrett has his first chance to implement a truly new attitude for the team overall and I think the defensive players would be vastly more prepared with the new scheme.

Per ESPN, things got really heated in talks today to the point where DeMaurice Smith had to tell his lawyers to "stand down".

The fact that they had the lawyers in on the talks today led a few people to assume they might be to the point of writing up the new CBA.

Some guys are even talking about opening up FA before all the "t's" are crossed.

I found that weird but still encouraging that most of leg work is done
