I'm a definite believer in this. I look and feel better than I did in my early 20's. Well... you know, minus that whole receding hairline thing.

And I'm not even going balls to the wall with this program like you're supposed to. I still pretty much eat whatever the hell I want, and I take days off from time to time. They give you a rest day, but I've also been taking the yoga days off. Screw yoga. Too boring.

Stayed with the program for about 6 months. Fell off right around football season last year. You know... when I drink and eat more nacho's and bratwursts, and stay up later more consistantly watching prime time football games.

Easy to fall of the wagon when the only chance you have to work out is early in the morning.

Anyway, I feel fat again. Weighed myself at 198, when I've never been above 185ish.

So I'm getting back on the wagon. Starting tomorrow morning.

198 and you're worried. lol

I've hit 220. Blubber ass. I've never exceeded 200 pounds. My ass is hitting the gym this week as well.

It's always around this time of year where everyone is looking to get back in shape from the holidays and the super bowl.

Only to forget about a month later, to scramble back to getting in shape for beach season.
