Then you haven't been reading my posts with objective thought. Am I telling you to believe me because I "work in the industry"?

.

Working in the industry and being exposed to this 24/7 does tend to make one more educated on the topic than someone thats an ECON student somewhere.

What I have read from you is alot of "you're clueless", "you don't know what you're talking about" and unsubstantiated claims. Post something credible and I'll accept is as such.

I'm tired of seeing a cowboy in boxers.

It's not just "a cowboy". It's freakin' John Wayne, man.

Have a good day.

You posted some of his thoughts did you not? Anyone that believes some of what he said has to be a liberal.

No, I posted something that comes straight out of every ECON textbook written in the last millennia.

If you "worked in the industry" doing anything more significant than moping floors I would hope you would know more than the crap you've spouted here. Is your job going to be there in two years when every employer drops insurance and sends their workers to the gov't?

There hasn't been one comment here that is worth a credible response. Nothing but fools talking in absolutes as if they are too smart for the world and know all of the answers.

Constitutional implications were explained by the 11th Circuit, which essentially mocked Obamacare's unprecedented demand that everyone buy insurance simply because the government says so. "We are unable to conceive of any product whose purchase Congress could not mandate under this line of argument," the decision said.

Pacific Legal Foundation's principal attorney Timothy Sandefur said the decision is "a crucial vindication" of limited government. "The government has only certain specified powers – not the power to do whatever politicians think is a good idea."
The 11th Circuit judges said, "[W[hat Congress cannot do under the [Constitution's] Commerce Clause is mandate that individuals enter into contracts with private insurance companies for the purchase of an expensive product from the time they are born until the time they die."
To uphold Obamacare's mandate would mean there is essentially nothing the government cannot demand of us.

That mandate screams Nancy Pelosi. Evil, guide bitch.

Cythim, isn't there some Social Democrat forum that you could take your red-stained rhetoric to?

I'm pointing out that all you do is sit in the high bird perch with no links, no substance, just your opinion. What is SAD is that folks like yourself, believe your point is the correct one and don't back it up with anymore more than, "You must be a FAUX NEWS watcher" or my favorite. "Go kill yourself"

The whole, worst president in history kinda seems a bit odd seeing as Obama in less than his first and hopefully only run at the whole POTUS had not only continued most of what Bush did in the wars, Gitmo, etc, but has actually looked at it and said, I can do worse... and actually has done worse than Bush did with 8 years in less than 3.

[Linda J. Bilmes, a lecturer in public finance at Harvard University’s Kennedy School, is a former assistant secretary for administration, management, and budget in the U.S. Department of Commerce. Joseph E. Stiglitz is University Professor of Economics at Columbia University and winner of the 2001 Nobel Prize in Economics. Bilmes and Stiglitz are co-authors of The Three Trillion Dollar War: The True Cost of the Iraq Conflict.]

In the eight years since George W. Bush took office, nearly every component of the U.S. economy has deteriorated. The nation’s budget deficits, trade deficits, and debt have reached record levels. Unemployment and inflation are up, and household savings are down. Nearly 4 million manufacturing jobs have disappeared and, not coincidentally, 5 million more Americans have no health insurance. Consumer debt has almost doubled, and nearly one fifth of American homeowners are likely to owe more in mortgage debt than their homes are actually worth. Meanwhile, as we have reported previously, the final price for the war in Iraq is expected to reach at least $3 trillion.http://hnn.us/roundup/entries/59553.html
