I'm not sure Marinelli or Linehan would get another HC gig, Callahan might get a legit chance to be a playcaller again but we have Frank Pollack on staff and the OL have been very complementary of him and his role in their development the past two seasons.

If they keep doing what they are doing now there's nothing wrong with him being here.

I wanted him gone too, but he has done SOME decent things. I like the way the draft is run now since he took over as HC, I like the fact that the players do play extremely hard for him and for whatever reason, even when bad stuff happens they forget about it and fight more. And the players do seem to genuinely like him.
