You left off that he can't really hit the broadside of a barn more than 5 yds downfield. Almost every pass he threw in that Houston game was at the LOS to maybe 5 yes past it.

That's exactly right. First off, he doesn't know where the ball should go, and the hesitation makes him panic. Secondly, when he decides where the ball should go he can't accurately deliver it.

To a good degree, he is a product of the HS and college systems he played in. But after what, three years in the pros? He should have learned something, and he hasn't. He's not going to develop into a Mike Vick.
