Nobody can cover for 10 seconds every play fool.

Pretty simple problem on defense, they have no pass rush at all.

Also have to question some of the coverage scheme crap they are doing when they rush 3, cover with 8 and still see guys running scot free through the secondary down the field.

He played alot of zone and off man today, not really sure why. Go ask the guy calling the defensive plays.

Newman has played outstanding for most of this year. That really can't even be debated. He didn't even play that poorly today. When our front 7 isn't pressuring the QB though, we're vulnerable. Scandrick played worse than Newman. But since he got a "gift" I guess he gets a pass?

Newman was horrible today. Skins keep a lot of guys back to block. Hard to get pressure sometimes with that type of scheme. You would think having more defenders would counter act it but not when Newman is playing so far off.

No CB's can cover people when QB's have as much time to throw as Grossman had today.

And alot of those completions that apparently you and others are blaming Newman for, were in zone coverage on throws between the hashes.

I doubt it, but it wouldnt mean much since passer rating is so skewed by comp % anyway, especially if you dont get ints.

Most of the passes werent completed immediately though, they were completed after the guy stood there like a stone and waited for guys to break open down the field.
