Church is fine to have on the team. He just stinks downfield and is not a really playmaking FS at all.

I doubt they can replace both Wilcox and Church in one offseason with the other stuff that needs to be worked on too, but I definitely wotnt be surprised if one of them is a backup next year.

I saw Jeff Heath on a lot of critical plays against Aaron Rodgers today. A scenario where Church is that third safety is a lot less terrifying.

Bissacia. Our special teams were fucking terrible this year. Did we even have ONE kickoff/punt return for a TD? And why the fuck did we keep putting Harris back there when he made it past the 20 - yard-line like what, twice? Aside from Dan Bailey (whom I'm not worried about despite missing a few FG's), special teams didn't do shit to help our team. At times they even hindered it.

Any coach with half a brain would see that Harris isn't getting it done, and try someone else like Randle or Dunbar. And speaking of coaching, I really don't see Garrett replicating this kind of success next season. When have we put together 2 good seasons? The 90's?

All of these defensive players that have borderline speed for their positions. Players like Church (I am just using him as an example), are killing the defense. I am a firm believer in the Jimmy Johnson 4-3 defense that relied on speed, speed and more speed. Every single draft pick needs above average speed for his position. Lack of speed is a big problem for the defense, but the offense could benefit from an infusion of speed too.
