I'm a big fan of the move down scenario since Dallas has so many holes to fill and I really think, in a lot of cases, that value of player at 16/17 isn't that much different than later in the first. There are always draft misses, so the more picks you have, the better the chance of hitting.
I don't think this will ever happen, but let's say Dallas moves Ware to the Jets for a 3rd this year and a 3rd next.
Move down in 1 with Cleveland for another third.
Assume they get three 7s as comp picks (6 7th round picks?)
1. Timmie Jernigan, DT, Florida State
2. Jackson Jeffcoat, DE, Texas
3. Kelcy Quarles, DT, South Carolina
3. Zack Mettenberger, QB, LSU
3. Marcus Smith, DE, Louisville
4. Brandon Thomas, OG, Clemson
5. James White, RB, Wisconsin
7. Tyler Starr, OLB, South Dakota
7. Josh Stewart, WR, Oklahoma State
7. Ryan Groy, OG, Wisconsin
7. Brock Vereen, SS, Minnesota
7. Erik Lora, WR, Northern Illinois
7. Tim Flanders, RB, Sam Houston State
