It is times like these when the Jaylon Smith pick really pisses me off.

That's why I was so mad about it on draft day. This wasn't an ultra loaded defense that could afford to take this sort of gamble right now.

Really pulling for the kid and hoping he turns into a great player here, but it was a risk this franchise shouldn't have taken right now.

Nzeocha might be SLB instead of Kyle "Master of None" Wilber. Kind of thinking he might sprout this year or at least start to Germinate.

So if you tally, I see 5, Count em, 5 good players on defense and that's it.

Nzeocha has been getting a lot of pub this offseason, seems coaches have been impressed and he has really shown tremendous athletic ability. Its a big if, but he could be an upgrade at SLB if he wins the starting job.
