I'll get more into this later but I believe Garrett could be a huge success with the right supportive staff. I think he needs veteran coaches who demand respect and can take over their area's with out much input from Garrett to allow him to focus on the basic of being a NFL head coach.

I know I'm getting ahead of myself and will touch on this later but I see a staff consisting of Garrett as HC, Norv Turner as OC and John Fox as DC as a very real possibility. Yes I know Fox runs a 4-3 but that's what Garrett prefers and after a long failed trial run I'm sure Jerry could easily be convinced to switch and Dallas would not have that much work to do if they did.

Is that true? Because didn't Garrett want to bring in Dom Capers?

I agree. My biggest fear is that we end up with another Parcells and we see the team stock up talent and become a contender again.

That is like Stephen King horror, right there. Give me the ham and eggers who will stick around until they're fired.

It seems you have like 2 options you could "live with" and no real front runners.

I honestly havent put enough thought into it. I'd rather not go the retread route, but that might be unavoidable. Would love to see us find the enxt up and comer, somebody with some fresh ideas and like Jimmy was, a great motivator.
