I think thats one one of the biggest problems they have because its obvious jeri abhors any coach that has the audacity to place winning above all else since that requires doing a lot of things that aren't fun

That and Colin says to Jerry, its well know you are friend to your players. Im sure its a lot of fun for Jerry but it doesnt help much when it comes to winning.
