The anonymous part is strange, but maybe he just meant that the doc didn't know who he was. Some doc seeing "Jones, J" on a report wouldn't assume that was Jerry Jones.

Or even if "Jerral Jones" was on it, maybe they didn't know who he was. Not everyone knows or cares about football or the Cowboys.
