99 percent of people don't truly understand "freedom of speech." They think it means you're protected from the consequences of your speech.Does Kap have the right to kneel during the National Anthem? Sure he does. People may not like it but he has that right.
He has to understand though that because people don’t like it, it’s going to cause a distraction to any team that signs him. So just like he has the right to kneel an owner has the right to not want that distraction around his team, especially from a backup QB that will barely even see time on the field. The price of signing him as a player far outweighs the benefit of having him on the team. Has nothing to do with race and everything to do with green backs.
