No, i think its right where you're at.

Honestly, you remind me of the ADD kid in elementary school who was told to sit in the back corner of class and as the teacher would go over things, say dinosaures, you'd yell out "Why did they name the tyrannosaurus, Rex?"

Then when the teacher told you to quiet down, you'd lean to the closest kid to you and go, "Hey look i drew a penis!"

At some point i'd think you could maybe advance your understanding past a literal interpretation of everything word by word, and be able to understand the scope of an argument to the point where when i say something like "When plays broke down and in clutch situations, Tony would go to Crayton alot because they had a good understanding of what each other would do and Tony knew where Crayton would be because he ran good routes and could read a defense well", you don't latch on to one phrase of that entire argument and miss the entire point i was making in the first place.

Just a thought.. also, maybe if admins weren't purposely derailing threads off topic this place would have more than 7 or 8 consistent posters. JMO. Carry on..

They named Doug Free, Doug Freak in college. Dude is very talented. The only issue that looks like he'll never surmount is struggling with strength.

You put a Guard that is not on his 3rd start in the NFL next to him and I bet his play dramatically increases. These guys aren't out there as skill players that are alone in a vacuum. The line has to operate as a cohesive group. It is more than obvious that he is having to play his position and keep an eye on the guard next to him.
