On top of that, if he's not smart enough to see what a joke this team is and how Ware and Witten wasted great careers for sticking with this circus, then he deserves whatever crappy outcomes comes his way.
As for Ware, I absolutely would trade him, but then again, you're talking to someone who wanted to blow this team up years ago.
My stance has always been that once you realize a team is a big giant loser (and make no mistake, this team is a loser), then there's no sense in watching the years waste on by.
Now, you also need to have a real GM to make this work so there is that to consider, but I would've blown this team up and tried to rebuild as opposed to keep going on with this same old mediocre bullshit.
