Is anyone good here with graphics?

What would like to find is a graphic of one of those old life preservers that they used to have on the old ships to throw to a passenger that went overboard. You know the ones. They are circular and made of styrofoam type material and usually have the name of the ship on them

But I want one in green to say abandon ship with the philly emblem, chips picture the philly name on it or something similar

What I plan to do is tape this to my buddies monitor before he comes in to work on Monday after the Eagles get embarrassed by the Jets this weekend

When Romo broke his collar bone I came in to work on Monday with a picture of Romo cut in half and laying on the turf stuck to my chair

My buddy swore that chip was a genius and that they were going to sweep us and got to the Super Bowl this year

So I'd like to return the favor. I just suck at graphics so I need some help here lol
