You will see where it says settings. Click on that and scroll down all the way, and you will see edit avatar.

Ok jon. Upload the pic at imagshack.us. You'll have to resize it by clicking 100x75 (avatar) under the upload options/resizing, 1st.

Once it's uploaded, you'll have to copy the direct link, and then come back here. Go to the avatar thingy and paste it in the taskbar. Voila.
