I still like the story about the time he saved a fat lady from drowning in her own bathroom...in Hostile's timeline, it was only a week before the wise old WW2 veteran died and left him, via a deathbed will, all his war trophies because Hostile was the only one who was good to him in life. And this was nearly a month after he became involved in the Bisbee Butcherer investigation (you know, the cat murderer running amok in his backyard), which was itself a month before the DUI driver he was instrumental in putting in prison via a wink, a smile, and a pithy comment (no mention of a badass Sherlock Holmes hat being involved, unfortunately).
Boy, what an exciting July that was.
