Would you make any changes to the roster between now and the start of camp?

If so, what would they be?

Vet WR.

Not much you could do with the shitty oline this late.

Sign Dez to a 7 year extension with $35 mil guaranteed. Knowing Jerry, it's in the works.

Seriously, I can't think of anything this late. Newman and Bennett are already gone. That leaves us with one last idiot on the roster, but we can't do much about him right now.

Definitely a veteran WR. One, because our 3rd WR situation is uncertain. Two, insurance and motivation for Dez.

I'd also try to trade for Max Unger and then sign him to an extension. He would solidify the Center position for the next few years.

I'd move Mike Jenkins but that's just me. I'm not a fan of losing a 1st round pick for nothing next off-season.

I'd call and see if Minnesota has any interest in moving Percy Harvin for Jenkins.

If I were GM.... I'd make the following changes:

I'd bring Mike Williams in for a workout/physical. See where his head was at. Let him work out with Romo. Sign him if I got a warm fuzzy.

If not, I'd look to Greg Camarillo from Minnesota. His past two years have been bad, but so has Minny's QB situation. I think he'd be an ideal third receiver/role player. Has punt return ability as well.

I'd look into Visante Shianco. Same situation as Greg Camarillo above. Decent receiving TE.

I'd sign Vernon Carey from Miami to compete on the interior of the line. At 6'5, 340... he's a beast.

Sign Demarco Cosby and be the first NFL team in history with 3 players named Demarco. That is of course after convincing Demarcus Ware to officially changing his first name to Demarco.

Have to wait until a few weeks into camp.

We have a golden trade piece in jenkins. If our other corners are playing well and are healthy and the safety position looks ok i take jenkins to the table.

In the preseason I would want a player for him, if you wait until the season starts I would want a pick for him.

there are a number of teams that just might get desperate and give up alot for jenkins.

But its contigent on the starters being healthy and playing well.

We can use all kinds of players at this point, who knows what he could bring us.

between now and the start of camp? I guess i did miss that.

but what in the hell could anyone do in 10 days that couldnt have been done in the previous months? There are guys without rosters now for reasons and you dont want to take reps away from young developing players at this point.

That jenkins for harvin deal at some point this summer I bet will be brought up again though, that one almost makes sense except for the money issue at wr.

he played in a different offense so there would be time needed.

I think he next years FA guy

and no to a WR

I say go with Harris - Homles - Coale - Benford - Beasly - Radway

if all these guy can't catch the ball then pick one up after cuts - James Jones

maybe San Deigo has another good WR they are going to let go

For those talking about making a trade for Unger, what do you offer?

Not much you can do this time of year. I'd take a look at Leonhard if his knee checked out. I'd keep an eye on the waiver wire for WR help. I try to find a better project than AOA.

Might keep on eye on what receivers shake loose in Cleveland. They have a ton and a lot of young ones. Someone was speculating that Mossaquoi might shake loose.

coale and radway dont seem like they are going to be worthy of doing anything by the time this camp is done.....one is injured and the other is coming off a major injury.

it sucks and he has never done it, but we need kevin ogletree to actually do something positive here and harris..they need to get us through until the bryant stuff is done and holmes/coale...whatever are actually really ready to contribute...

hopefully holmes is what they sold us he is..
