You can either accept it or not.

This team, the 2010 Cowboys, are going nowhere. Their season is already over. It was over before they played a game.

What we have right now is a fairly talented roster, certainly good enough to contend in this awful parity stricken NFL, but no leadership at the top. That's what's wrong. Don't look at Garrett. Don't look at Wade. Look directly at your "GM". He considers it "having to walk on egg shells" to have a head coach who commands his own locker room.

We've got no direction. That's why you see this sloppy, uninspired play. We're playing out the string. And while I can't help but root on Sunday, losses have a ginormous silver lining. We need the owner to get desperate again this winter and go back to what actually improved the team. Less him, more someone competent. A defined pecking order. A head coach with the stroke to issue a his way or the highway message to this team. We don't need a guy the players like. We need a guy they have to respect.

So that's where I am right now. Not totally down, because like I said...the roster is good. We could get the coach we need and a really nice impact player in round 1 of the draft and be right back contending next year. But this year is forked. Fatally flawed by the guy the fans cheer as we kick off camp every year.

Yep this season is over. I'm hoping for wins against Minnesota, Washington, Philly, and the Giants. If we lost the rest it wouldn't bother me at all. We need a high first round pick for a stud offensive lineman and high picks in every round after it. I am sick and tired of going into every fucking season with this piece of shit offensive line. It's ridiculous.

It was not much different under Parcells.

The homer fan in me will watch every week, root for wins, and imagine ways in which we can win it all.

But in my heart I know we'll never win a Championship with Wade.

To have this much talent, and to get these results is inexcuseable.

Morning Mid. At least the Vikings lost. Wade is gutless. He lacks a killer instinct. People say eh is a lousy HC but a good DC... I say bullshit. He's not equally lousy as a DC. Do people really think that had we a different HC and Wade was the DC, that we would have gotten different results? When you allow Young and Cutler to come into your house and light you up... that's unexcusable... and you are supposed to be some defensive guru.

And that is why I've turned on him.

You were brought in to be a Mr. Fix It. We're supposed to have a dominant defense.

Yet, Cutler tears us up. Vince Young tears us up.

We've got two Pro Bowl corners, All Pro's at DT and OLB, and anchors at DE. But these guys get run through like CR122s younger sister backstage at a Poison concert.

And his press conferences - he's just lost, confused, has no answer. At least Parcells could fill you with false hope or entertain you at a PC. When I see Wade speak, I have to cut myself to relieve the pain.

It says quite a bit about a guy that made Brian Stewart DC and Bruce Read as ST coach.

Agree with all of this. Season is done and without a GM and a real HC, this team will do nothing.

Like Mid, I will still homer up every week, and hope for the best, but, it is over.

Wade looks like Parcells did in his last year with the Boys.

Just tired and done.

Course, Wade has looked like that from the get go, so who knows.

The sad thing is . . . our best chance to win a Super Bowl was last year.

Not saying this group of players won't ever win one, but the stars were aligned last year. I felt we had a better shot than we did our 13-3 2007 season.

Our defense was playing lights out. We got hot at the end of the year. We were healthy. We proved we could beat the Saints in their house.

But we came out and laid an egg against Minnesota.

Who knows when the next time we'll have such an opportunity rolling into the playoffs. Could be next year. Could be 10-15 years from now.

It's gonna be a while Mid.

This is where you seperate the men from the boys. See who holds on to being a fan and who waits until they are good again to become a fan.

Fuck, it's gonna be like the late 80's, early 2000's all over again, FUCK!!!

Whart the fuck do you expect when 4/5ths of your Oline is 32 years old and lazy? Jerry just thought he could put any old body put there on the Oline: if you're big than that's good.

The Patriots and Colts wqouldn't put shit like what we have in front of our Oline.

I knwo there are people that wanted Mankins on this Oline, but that is just repeating the cycle.

You know things are bad when guys from both sides if the arguement are agreeing that this organization has issues in places it shouldn't. I, much like Mid will watch every snap from here on out and hope against all odds that we find ways to win and get hot at the right time. But yeah, this year and probably next is shot.

I'm worried about who the next OC and how quickly Romo will adjust if Garrett is not promoted to HC. Garrett's offense combined with a stingy defense would be sick. I know a lot of you guys have soured on Garrett, but he is doing what he can with what he has. If we had a line that could run block, we'd be nearly unstoppable on offense.

4 seconds lef tin the half and down 3-0, but instead of taking the knee, chooese to run a play to where we fumble and it turns into a score. That's says it all about Garrett for me.

For three straight 5-11 years, I never missed a game. I scheduled my life around Cowboys football.

But I'll be honest . . . If we go back down to annual mediocracy, I'm going to be a fairweather fan.

There's too many things in life I enjoy to let a football teams ineptitude weigh me down.

I've lost all hope for this season, say what you want.

Wade and this entire coaching staff needs to go, along with Jerry and his super ego of being a GM.

At this point, I don't care who coaches this team the rest of the season. Yeah, I'll homer out on the wins, but it won't be many more.

I seriously believe that no matter what coach is brought in we will get the same results in the end, and that even includes my love for Cowher.

Jerry just continues to be in the way of the coaching and all their decisions. Sorry to be bitter but, hey.

Pretty much, except for the Garrett part. He needs to be gone as well.

yeah, lets not blame the guy who was dumb enough to fumble the football because he was trying to fight through 6 guys with no time on the clock, and needed another 60 yds or so to score
