I don't care what Jerry wants to do, Garrett does a horrible job preparing this offense for each game. It takes nearly half the game before we start seeing sustained drives from the offense, and at that point we are behind and Romo is throwing INTs. We need a head coach that can instill some leadership and discipline and coordinators that can get the team prepared to play each week.

us having a coach bring some leadership and getting in the player ass for the things they do would maybe get players to realize how to play 2 thier fullest potential

Care to elaborate or are you just talking out of your ass again?

I shouldn't need to elaborate. If you understood the game I wouldn't need to say a word.

There's a defined pecking order on a football team. From the owner to the GM to the head coach to his assistants to the players. If you are fatally flawed like the Cowboys are at owner and GM, it doesn't allow those under him to do their jobs.

You can not expect an assistant coach to prepare his team for maximum efficiency when they're in an environment of a puppet head coach, no discipline and distractions all around. Only a Joe Fan who doesn't know shat about what he's talking about would.

Add to that the fact that this offensive line is awful. A fact everybody now agrees with. Yet we're still holding it against the offensive coordinator, the convenient and usual scapegoat for fans.

Garrett has done much better than he's had the right to in this situation. A circus all around him with no blockers worth a shat to run his offense.

We don't score in the red zone not because of the play calling but because of the lack of talent up front. When the field shrinks and defenses don't have to worry about the deep stuff, they get nosey at the line of scrimmage and our protection fails every time. Like clockwork. Because we just aren't good enough. The players.

Garrett is the problem like Sean Payton was the problem. Like Tony Sparano was the problem. Like the next guy who runs this offense under a hands on Jerry will be the problem.

It's ridiculous nonsense spewed from fans who don't know their ass from their elbow. It's that exact kind of idiocy that gets the guy who has destroyed this franchise and continues to to this day, a nice big ovation when we kick off camp every year.

So the problem with the Cowboys is you.

I hope I made myself clear.

Yes, it is clear that you are a moron that has nothing better to do than spew Jerry hate. Coaches have gotten it done in the past and will get it done in the future. I want a new GM as much as the next guy but spewing idiocy across the internet won't make it happen.

Yes. It's idiocy to think a circus environment with a puppet head coach and no offensive line would hinder an offensive coordinator.

What coaches have "got it done in the past" with Jerry this hands on?

The answer is none. Not a one. And nobody ever will.

You focus your pea brain on bit players like Garrett that don't amount to shat about what's wrong with this team. I know better.

You sound as jaded as the Dallas sports writers.

I sound like a truth teller.

The Cowboys are flawed at the very top and it effects what the coaches and players do.

You can not hold a coach accountable for failing to get maximum production out of players when those same coaches have no stroke in the locker room. When the players are allowed an open door to the GM.

It's why you saw guys like Payton and Sparano move on to have more success in a sane football environment. The same would happen with Garrett.

Tell me what you disagree with.

The Kingdome? I thought they imploded that joint ten years ago.

Given the keys to what? Jerry's offense on Jerry's team in Jerry's environment?

Give him the keys, except for real this time to the tune of head coach, on a real team with a real GM and a sane owner, and then see what he does with it.

At some point, people have to stop blaming coordinators for the same fail every year. It's been a 15 year thing and there's only one constant during that time.
