Jason Garrett needs to be fired along with Wade. I do not want to hold over anyone from the current coaching staff.

*sigh* I don't know. It makes you wonder. If Norv couldn't get it done with Rivers, Gates, Jackson, then Tomlinson, and now with Matthews... it doesn't inspire much confidence on him coming here and working with Romo, Witten, Felix, Bryant, Roy, and Austin.

At the same time, you would hope that between the both of them that they can come up with a suitable Oline coach.

What do you think about going back to the 4-3? I like the 3-4, but it's too hard to find decent and consistant LBs---both ILB and OLB to run it effectively. With the 4-3, the emphasis is on the Dline, and you can get away with having average/mediocre LBs. Just take a look at the Giants.

I'm feeling you on that. Sorry. Sounding like the Jauque-strap (JJT). If we do have a holdover, I'd keep Sherman (WR coach), and maybe Boniol. But the rest... ditch them.

Sans Houck at Oline coach. I know I'm sounding like a broken record with this. But it pisses me off to no end.

that at the end of the day is the biggest thing finding a new o-line coach and finnally drafting them.

Amen. You know... just when you think you have one position taken care of on this team, then it's something else. What do you guys think about going back to the 4-3?

I don't care what Jerry wants to do, Garrett does a horrible job preparing this offense for each game. It takes nearly half the game before we start seeing sustained drives from the offense, and at that point we are behind and Romo is throwing INTs. We need a head coach that can instill some leadership and discipline and coordinators that can get the team prepared to play each week.

GET THE FUCK OUT OF MY HEAD! I don't know how many times I have seen the Cowboys start off moving the ball and then Garrett calls some stupid bonehead plays that KILLS THE DRIVES! He's the OC. He should have been in Houck's ass over the Oline. Simply put... the asshole out thinks himself.

I'm not playing Madden or fantasy football, but with the talent we have on offense... we should be scoring on every possession. I'm serious. Now granted there are going to be penalties and dropped passes, bad throws, etc. But overall, this offense should be a juggernaut.

There is no excuse that in having Romo, Witten, Felix, Austin, Bryant, and now Roy, that we should be having trouble putting up points. I've seen too many other OCs do far more with far less.
