On this I agree with you. And depending on how this team finishes up, Jones might accede that to Garrett. I'm still pissed that we could have had Dom Capers---whom Garrett supposedly wanted for DC, but Capers would have came here as a consultant, but Brian Stewart the pussy, had a hissy fit and publicly proclaimed as to "how he would be uncomfortable with Capers here", and so Capers declined.

As a grown man in the coaching ranks, you don't EVER let shit like that known publicly or even privately. What it showed that instead of taking the opportunity to learn from a great defensive mind like Capers, he instead acted like an insecure little bitch, then he wants to be up on Hard Knocks trying to talk all hard to the players.
