They drafted better. That's literally the end of it. They've spent on free agents, too - which they could do to fill holes because again, they've drafted better.
But these guys they drafted are going to need new contracts soon. And you can't give Kap and Wilson the deals they're going to command and continue to spend like they have on the rest of the team. Having that cheap QB on an early deal is an insane luxury. I honestly think if a team has the stones for it that's how you should be building teams now - draft QBs like you do RBs and just run them through every so many years until they cost so much that it prevents you from having depth elsewhere.
