I haven't followed as much as you guys.

Has there been any reason for why the kid even went after the cop and tried to grab the gun.

Also. Don't most police holster have some sort of tension mechanism that basically slows down a person who tries to grab it? You basically have to twist into the hip to get it to release?

Not that it matters but just kinda hard to picture it all unfold. How would he go after the gun in a manner that would still provide the space needed for the cop to pull it and raise it to head level. If they're struggling and he's close enough to go after the gun, how does it work out?

There wasn't gunpowder on the kid was there? Why haven't they released the clothing results or even pictures of the clothing? Didn't Trayvons clothes get released quickly?

The fact that so little has come out just kinda raises questions, IMO.

Brown didn't get shot in the head in the car. He went into the car after the cop and tried to get his gun. The gun went off into Brown's abdomen. Brown started running off, and turned around and charged the cop. That's when the other 5 shots happened.

It still doesn't really explain why he would go after the cop.

He thinks he's caught even though the cops request would indicate otherwise so he's going to fight his way out of the situation?

There is no debating that he went after the cop. There were more than a dozen witnesses that said he did... twice.

It seems harder to stay alive in these scenarios for blacks than small penis whites. So it's about change. And hope for the future .

Ask the family of Kelly Thomas if this is true.
You'll notice the absence of riots after his killer was acquitted.

And there's witnesses that say he didn't.

Which is why I said the dash cam ends it.

What is going after the cop anyway? Dead sprint? Walking back? Clearly people are interpreting the exact same events differently.

Exactly. A lot of this is speculation. Another example of why I am for both dash and lapel cameras for cops.

Mathematically rare? That's a pretty narrow view because percentages don't capture absolute totals. You're basically saying that whatever number of individual instances there actually are is completely acceptable because the incident percentage looks good.
Nonsense. I am answering irrational hyperbole with facts. Not saying anything is acceptable or not.

Why is this shooting even about race? Why can't it be about a fatass thief who was too fucking stupid to obey law enforcement?
Everything is about race in the black community. Every single one of my black friends have complained about it at some point. Does racism exist? Sure. But the people I know have NOT experienced pure racism. It's just a part of their culture. They are ALWAYS the victim.

Because of the hyperbole, social media, 24 hour cable news and the ever greater presence of video capture devices, most people believe cop violence against citizens is epidemic. When the truth is, it's far from it. You just have that perception out there due mostly to a political agenda. These incidents make for great TV ratings and with video to go with the story, leaves very little for the news agencies to do by way of actual reporting. It's tailor made.

That it is a RARE event isn't even considered.

It is very relevant in answer to the popular myth and general lies.

You don't like the facts. That's what's irrelevant.

Aside from you just making up numbers and calling them facts, the fact you're passing is empty in that it doesn't quantify the number of fucked up incidents.

At some point the frequency of occurrence of individual events outweighs the percentage of incidents per encounter.

Double incidents and encounters. Still a pretty percentage isn't it?

Can someone show me where an innocent black person has been shot by an officer?

Or do all of these racially motivated murders involve a black person physically assaulting a cop?

the nice part about all these guilty black people is that they're no longer alive to dispute the officer's story

So officer whitey is all like "oh yeah he was coming right at me and also he had marijuanas in his system AND was in the road" and all of the race car fans are like "sure that makes perfect sense what options did you have, officer? good riddance."

I'd take one in the face(hi mrs nodak) to avoid jail time.

Sounds open and shut . The teen grabbed a cops gun through a window and through a holster managed to fire it with the safety on then punched the cop in his eye then ran off then came Charging back. They're just making a few copies of the dash can while the city crumbles all the facts will come out

lol

well, yeah. one less violent hoodrat on the streets is a win for humanity. it's not like this turd was gonna cure cancer inbetween convenience store robberies. the benefit of the doubt belongs to the guy with the sterling police record.
