Cops in general are way to quick to use deadly force. Blacks, because of their greater proportion of being in the ghetto and commiting crimes, suffer disproportionately. That said, it isnt black women getting shot, it is young agressive black men. Basically I am saying the blackness isnt the problem, but they do take the brunt (justifiably so) of bad policing.

Blacks are the only culture who doesnt pass on middle class social capital. Children of black professionals are 4 times more likely to fall out of the middle class. Well glorify rap culture and you arent going to do well in modern america and it is no ones fault but their own adn their parents. If blacks pushed their kids in academics like asians and jews a generation would have been more than enough time.

It should be self evident to anyone with an academically inclined black friend, while in school, how detrimental that dominant rap/urban/ghetto/black culture is to someones academic aspirations. They are embarrassed of being good at school and enjoying academia, they try to hide it or they just dont associate with other black kids.
