Some bars and restaurants give like a million receipts, and multiple that you can sign. Its possible that one was left blank. Idk why they do that, but it might be the case here.

yeah, but the signature would only be on the merchant receipt...unless the customer accidently signed the customer receipt...and left that receipt blank bc they realized they signed the wrong copy (happens to me all the time)...then signed the merchant receipt and left the tip on it

but it sounds like the customer kept their copy of the receipt...i duno...

You can tell the dash on the tip line is written by a right-hander because it's got that little curl where the line starts on the left side. A lefty would have the curl where they start the dash on the right side.

I agree. They think society should treat them like they are special. I don't believe in gay bashing just for the hell of it, but some of the gays ask for it. They do this disgusting shit and want to push their views on everybody else. It should be kept private.
